Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken Bone-in, skin-on Fresh chicken for juiciness and flavor
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh minced
  • 1 medium Lemon Squeeze for zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For marinating and cooking
  • 2 tsp Paprika Adds smoky warmth
  • 1 tbsp Thyme Fresh or dried
  • to taste tsp Salt Classic seasoning
  • to taste tsp Black Pepper Classic seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional Adds a sweet glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the Ingredients
  • Rinse the chicken and pat it dry. Measure out all ingredients.
  • Making the Marinade and Preparing the Chicken
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken with this marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes or more.
  • Cooking Galena Chicken to Perfection
  • Preheat the oven or grill. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 30 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to achieve a crispy finish.
