Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mango: Peel the ripe mango and cut it into cubes. Ensure it’s perfectly ripe for optimal sweetness.
  • Gather Ingredients: Measure out milk, yogurt, honey, and any optional flavor additions like vanilla extract or spices.
  • Blend Ingredients: Place the mango cubes, milk, yogurt, honey, and optional ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk in small increments and blend again.
  • Taste and Sweeten: Taste the smoothie, adding more honey if needed, then blend for 5 seconds to mix.
  • Pour and Garnish: Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mango slices, chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey as desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen mango chunks instead of fresh.
  • Customize with toppings like granola, nuts, or additional fruits for a delightful texture and flavor boost.
